Finely minced left-overs of turkey from the local butchers that may contain bones and has added vegetables such as carrots as available.

The mince is of human grade turkey leftovers, including bone, all finely minced to ensure there are no large bone fragments.

When defrosting any juices that seep from this mince are purely meat and vegetable juices. There is no added water in this product. The texture of this mince tends to be looser than the pure turkey mince as a result of the vegetable content.

Packed in 454g tubes the easiest way to prepare the mince for serving is to remove the plastic sleeve whilst the meat is frozen using scissors or a knife and defrost it in a separate container.

The mince is purely made up of turkey and vegetables with nothing added - no preservatives, no additives, no cereal, no fillers.
